Stay vigilant and protect yourself from individuals impersonating as AIA Singapore staff or AIA Consultant / Insurance Representative. Here are some precautions that you should take:
- Verify Identity: Always verify the identity of anyone claiming to represent AIA Singapore. Our AIA Consultants / Insurance Representatives will never call on behalf of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
- Do not share your personal or banking details: AIA Singapore will never ask for your personal or banking credentials such as user ID, password, one-time PIN (OTP) and security codes over the phone or via email.
- Payments and Cash Collection: AIA Consultants / Insurance Representatives will never ask you to transfer money to them or pay them cash on behalf of AIA Singapore or the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). To make a payment, please login to AIA+ and click on Payment. Alternatively, you can follow the instructions on your premium notice letter and make payment via AXS, internet banking or PayNow.
