The nutrition assessment is recommended to be done once a year and this helps you learn more about your eating habits and gives you suggestions on how you can improve your diet and lifestyle.

How does it work?

 
Submit your report or receipt via email at submissions@aiavitality.com.sg together with the following details to earn Vitality points!
 
  • Full name
  • AIA Vitality membership number
  • Date of nutrition assessment submitted
Vitality points are awarded based on assessment date and you need to submit your receipt within three (3) months of assessment date to earn Vitality points

What will I get?

  • Earn 1,000 Vitality points per membership year for completing an eligible consultation.

Select a Vitality Partner Clinic to enjoy exclusive discounted rates, or choose your own preferred clinic.

Need to know

  • There is no limit on the number of nutrition assessments you can do in a year, but you will only be awarded a maximum of 1,000 Vitality points once a year.
  • Vitality points will take up to seven (7) working days to reflect on your points statement after submission of your report or receipt.
