This assessment evaluates how healthy you are based on your current health and fitness levels, as well as lifestyle factors.

What will I get?

  • Earn 250 AIA Vitality points for completing this assessment. You may take the assessment once every 6 months and earn up to 500 AIA Vitality points a year.
  • Earn 500 AIA Vitality points for declaring as a non-smoker. You may take the assessment once every 6 months and earn up to 1000 AIA Vitality points a year.
  • Get to know your Vitality Age.
  • View a set of challenges recommended to you based on your results from this assessment and Basic Health Screening. You will earn AIA Vitality points when you complete a challenge, so get going!

How well are you sleeping?

This assessment evaluates how well you are sleeping by looking at three factors: sleep quality, sleep duration and sleep health.

What will I get?

  • Earn 250 AIA Vitality Points for completing this assessment. You may take the assessment once every 6 months and earn up to 500 AIA Vitality points a year.
  • You will also earn AIA Vitality points when you complete the Sleep Challenge by linking supported fitness devices to track your sleep. 
  • You will only be able to start earning AIA Vitality points for the Sleep Challenge after completing this assessment.
