What is this about?

Basic Health Screening identifies your risk of chronic disease by measuring four (4) basic key indicators of health namely body mass index (BMI), blood pressure, blood glucose and cholesterol. Find out the Basic Health Screening rates AIA Vitality member can enjoy at Healthway Medical.

What will I get?

  2.  Earn up to 4,000 Vitality points for completing the Basic Health Screening.

Step 3:

Submit your results

 
Submit your results via email at submissions@aiavitality.com.sg together with the following details to earn Vitality points!

Kindly ensure to include:
 
  • Full name
  • AIA Vitality membership number
  • Date and type of health screening submitted
Vitality points are awarded based on assessment date and you need to submit your report within three (3) months of assessment date in order to earn Vitality points.

Need to know

  • The Basic Health Screening covers Body Mass Index (BMI), Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose and Cholesterol tests.
  • For each test done, 1,000 Vitality points will be awarded and an additional 1,500 Vitality points for each result that is within the healthy range.
  • There is no limit to the number of health screenings you can take in a year, but you will only be awarded a maximum of 10,000 Vitality points once a year.
  • Vitality points will take up to seven (7) working days to reflect on your points statement after submission of your results.
