Email the following details to support@aiavitality.com.sg within seven (7) working days upon completion of travel:
 
  • Singapore Airlines flight itinerary and receipt with your name; and

  • Boarding Passes for all sectors of the journey based on itinerary.

Need to know

 
  • AIA Vitality travel benefit for Singapore Airlines is only valid for active members at the point of booking and travel.

  • Rebate will be awarded based on the member's AIA Vitality status at the point of booking. The name on the flight ticket, itinerary and boarding passes should match the name registered with AIA Vitality.

  • Rebate is calculated based on a maximum of S$500 Base Fare of flight booking.

  • Rebate is not applicable on taxes, fees, charges, fuel surcharges, transfer fees, travel insurance or any other incidental/administrative fees.

  • Only Economy Class return tickets booked via the link from this page, including any special offers and/or promotion type fares, qualify for the rebate. All other classes of travel, transfer by trains/coaches/cars, are excluded from this travel benefit.

  • Flights should depart from and return to Singapore, and tickets redeemed using any air miles will not qualify for rebate.

  • Should there be more than one (1) AIA Vitality member travelling on the same booking, the AIA Vitality member who submits the documents (referred to as the main member) will receive the rebate, while his/her companion (limited to one (1) companion) may enjoy 5% rebate on a maximum of S$500 Base Fare of flight booking. Rebate will be credited into the main member's in-app Wallet.

  • Rebate will be issued in Vitality coins and credited into member's in-app Wallet upon verification. The Vitality coins will have a validity of at least six (6), up to seven (7) calendar months, depending on the date it is credited.

  • Each flight ticket booking reference may only be submitted once. Please note that should the same ticket booking reference be submitted again, rebate will only be awarded based on the first submission.

  • Please note that the AIA Vitality status-based travel benefit is subject to a limit of one (1) flight benefit with Singapore Airlines and one (1) cruise benefit with Royal Carribean International per membership year.
