After policy inception
With AIA Pay EZ, you can make payments digitally on these transactions:
- Payment of regular premiums
- Ad-Hoc payments due to changes in policy (Reinstatement, addition of benefits, change of payment frequency)
- Setting up recurring payments (GIRO and Credit Card)
Payment methods supported on AIA Pay EZ
- Visa (First-Year Premiums Only)
- AMEX (First-Year Premiums Only)
- Mastercard
- PayNow via "Scan and Pay"
Before you pay
If you are using PayNow, please do not pay using AIA UEN as we are unable to determine which policy the payment is for.
You must first sign in to AIA Pay EZ to generate a unique QR Code which you can scan and pay via PayNow using your mobile banking app.
