You can change your fund allocation or select a new fund to your portfolio by performing a fund switch. If it is a SRS policy, any fund you switch into must be approved under the SRS.
You may make fund switches online or by submitting a transaction request form to AIA. This form is available here.
The minimum amount per fund switch is S$100. There is no limitation on the number of fund switches. If it is a SRS policy, any fund you switch into must be approved under the SRS.
AIA reserves the right to revise any minimum fund switch amount imposed and to terminate or suspend this fund switch facility. AIA reserves the right to place limits on the number of fund switches carried out under the policy or impose any other terms and conditions relating to this facility. AIA shall not be responsible for any loss or damages arising from or attributable to the exercise of its rights reserved above. All subscriptions for units in a fund, including switches, are subject to the approval of the fund or its manager.

Withdrawals can be made any time by submitting a transaction request form to AIA. This form is available here.
The minimum amount per withdrawal is S$1,000 and the policy value after the withdrawal cannot be less than S$1,000. Should you make a full withdrawal, your policy will terminate. The amount payable to you for full or partial withdrawal will be based on the number of units redeemed and the redemption price of the units. Withdrawals to policies funded by cash will be paid by cheque and delivered via post to the address on record
You will receive a Fund Activity Statement (FAS) as and when you complete transactions such as fund switches, or withdrawals. You will also receive a consolidated Fund Activity Statement (FAS) on a monthly basis. The FAS will include information about your fund holdings, policy value and any transactions made during the period. You may also view your holdings online.
