Frequently asked questions

About your maturing policy

If you have a policy maturing in 90 days, you'll receive a Maturity Offer Letter from us. This Maturity Offer Letter will indicate the projected proceeds that you'll be receiving. Alternatively, simply login to your AIA+ account to check if you have any policy maturing soon.

If you decide not to reinvest your proceeds with us, the payout will be transferred to you via PayNow – NRIC/FIN or Cheque.

Rewards of reinvesting

Simply reinvest your maturity proceeds with a new policy application of an eligible plan before your policy matures to be eligible for the Early Bird Special Offer.

Simply reinvest and submit a new policy application of an eligible plan within 120 days after the maturity date to be eligible for the Maturity Reward.

If you're eligible, you'll receive a redemption letter via mail within 2 months from the new policy inception date. A step-by-step redemption guide will be provided in the redemption letter.

Yes. You can choose either to use cash or your maturity proceeds for a new eligible plan.

No. The value of the incentive is strictly based on each eligible plan and no aggregation of premiums among two or more policies will be allowed.

This policy is protected under the Policy Owners' Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC).
